• Keep the area around the furnace clear — Ensure at least a few feet of space for airflow and no storage of flammable items nearby.

• Check and clean vents/registers — Keep supply and return vents unobstructed for proper circulation.

• Inspect the condensate drain (since it's a high-efficiency condensing furnace) — Ensure it's not clogged; flush annually with a vinegar/water mix if needed to prevent backups.

• Monitor for issues — Listen for unusual noises, watch for error codes on the control board, or notice reduced heat/output—call a pro if anything seems off.
